Revenue Assurance Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue assurance framework across all hospital service lines
• Monitor the entire revenue cycle from registration to final collection
• Review insurance contracts and ensure compliance with payer rules
• Conduct routine billing and revenue assurance audits
• Develop dashboards for revenue, collections, denials and leakages
• Lead, mentor and develop the revenue assurance team
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in revenue cycle processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years experience in revenue assurance, healthcare finance, or financial controls
• At least 3 years in a management position
• Experience in hospital and insurance billing environments highly desirable
