• Identify, recruit and onboard potential customers for the company's microfinance products
• Conduct field visits to markets, shops, businesses and other potential customer locations
• Market and promote the company's loan products to individuals, traders and small business owners
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly customer acquisition and sales targets
• Collect and submit complete customer information and loan application documents
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on prospective clients
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and provide accurate information to the credit team
• Follow up on customer applications and provide timely feedback to clients
• Support loan repayment follow-ups and maintain a healthy customer portfolio
• Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates to management
• Uphold professional conduct, confidentiality and company policies when dealing with customers

Qualifications & Experience:

• A diploma or certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience in sales, field marketing, banking or microfinance is desirable
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into customers

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Honesty, discipline, professionalism and a strong customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting and customer follow-ups
