Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Own full deal cycles from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain client relationships in banking, telecom trade and microfinance sectors
- Make client calls and drive sales independently
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Work with the team to grow the business pipeline
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-4 years of client-facing experience in banking, telecom trade or microfinance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and own deals
- Coachable and eager to grow into full deal ownership
- Good communication and negotiation skills
