Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the shops
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations
- Support sales transactions and handle customer enquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays to a high store presentation standard
- Undertake periodic stock management activities
- Provide weekly sales reports
- Support the attainment of 100% customer satisfaction, individual sales targets and growth in repeat customers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Sales Management
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail sales (jewelry experience preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Customer-centric with excellent business acumen
- Demonstrate jewelry and gemstone knowledge
- Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning
