We are seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our business by identifying and meeting customer needs through the effective sale of the Suzuki product range.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve the set vehicle sales targets and KPIs.
- Regularly visit prospects and existing customers to sell Suzuki products.
- Negotiate and closely follow up contracts.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client accounts.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to your clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate and reliable customer database.
- Provide accurate sales, prospects, and order intake forecasts.
- Ensure all customer payments are received within contractually agreed timelines.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor products.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, and Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in Sales with demonstrated ability in consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in tender procedures and knowledge of PPDA regulations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to listen, build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements.
- Demonstrated Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to maximize business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
