Tegula Real Properties is hiring a Sales Executive to drive property sales and marketing at its Kyengera offices along Masaka Road (opposite CBS Pewosa). The role involves executing marketing strategies, engaging prospects and closing property sales.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property sales leads
- Execute effective marketing strategies for real estate products
- Advise clients on properties and guide them through the purchase process
- Collaborate with the production, procurement and design team
- Report on sales activity and market trends
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business-related course
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in the sales field
- Strong understanding of the real-estate industry and market trends
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
