Sales Executive

Yalelo Uganda is hiring a Sales Executive to create and implement sales strategy, identify new markets and business opportunities, and grow sales across key outlets in the Kampala Metropolitan Area.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Create and implement sales strategy and identify new markets
Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
Create and maintain the client database and mailing lists
Identify sales opportunities in key outlets
Generate cycle activity reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
Execute any other duties as may be assigned by the line supervisor

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in FMCG sales

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales drive, resilience and a go-getter attitude
Strong customer management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and competence in MS Office
Organised, accurate and thorough, with the ability to monitor work for quality
Willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required
Able to work in a multicultural environment, with constant movement within the assigned territory
