Sales Representative (Call Center)

• Provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers and attract new ones
• Maintain phone availability for at least 82% of the shift
• Present and demonstrate the value of membership programs, providing up to three rebuttals when appropriate
• Control and direct calls effectively while interpreting customer needs
• Promote and sell services and products to customers
• Handle approximately 4 calls per hour (around 40 calls per day)
• Overcome objections and successfully close sales opportunities
• Upsell products, services and membership programs
• Accurately use order management systems, phone systems and promotional offers
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center sales
• Advanced English level (C1) is required
