Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales operations across multiple shops.
- Monitor sales targets, staff performance and customer service.
- Conduct regular shop visits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock movement, merchandising and accountability.
- Coach, motivate and guide sales teams to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and recommend improvements.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales supervision, preferably in mobile phones or electronics retail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel between shop locations.
