Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Protect company assets, premises, staff and goods
- Monitor and control access to warehouse and logistics facilities
- Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies and report appropriately
- Support safety and loss-prevention measures across operations
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of active security experience, ideally within the logistics, supply chain or warehouse sector or equivalent fast-paced commercial environments
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong observation and incident-reporting skills
- Integrity and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork
