Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel
- Ensure proper deployment and site coverage
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Enforce SOPs, discipline and security standards
- Train and guide guards on site
- Manage off-duty and leave schedules
- Liaise with clients on operational matters
- Prepare weekly and monthly supervision reports
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Security, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in security services
Skills & Competencies:
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
