Senior Business Development Officer

• Contribute positive technical results by writing good quality business
• Manage credit and debt
• Support the Line Manager to develop a marketing and BD plan for top brokers in the market
• Ensure top-notch service for all brokers by coordinating the respective departments to provide committed turnaround times
• Participate in development of bespoke new products suitable to clients through banks and brokers
• Closely monitor and create a pipeline of all issued quotations to ensure closure, and follow up lost business for recovery, paying attention to underwriting delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Ensure all operations with the respective segments are within set compliance standards and that businesses meet treaty and regulatory guidelines
• Train and equip Business Development Officers

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years' relevant experience
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• A certificate in insurance is an added advantage
