Senior Lecturer – Education

• Teach and train students in line with schemes, policies, processes and procedures
• Conduct quality research to enhance the scholarship, visibility and intellectual contribution of the University
• Evaluate students through continuous assessments and examinations
• Engage in curriculum and programme review and development
• Mobilise resources and build bridges with industry
• Mentor students in academic and spiritual nurture
• Implement best practices in teaching, training and research for improved performance and achievements
• Implement change initiatives to achieve desired university strategic goals
• Ensure consistent Christian behaviour in line with the University's vision

Qualifications & Experience:

• Christian commitment and practice
• Earned PhD in a relevant area of Education from an accredited university
• At least three (3) years' teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer or Senior Researcher
• Possess a minimum of thirty-two (32) publications, twenty-four (24) of which must be from refereed journals
• Evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars or workshops
• Evidence of active participation in school/departmental activities or demonstrated leadership in university activities
• Registered by the relevant professional body
