• Support development of business requirements to meet strategic objectives, including business cases and project charters
• Define scope and plan projects, agree structure and deliverables, and confirm sign-off from Project Sponsor and Steering Committee
• Follow and apply Absa Bank Group project practices, standards and methodologies in the delivery of projects
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, to quality and in compliance with project policies
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, escalating where required
• Report project progress and status to sponsors and steering committees

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 10 years' experience with around 3 years in a project management environment (as per advert requirements)
• Track record delivering business-critical projects of medium to large size and complexity
• Relevant project management qualification (as per advert requirements)
