Java House Africa is opening a new branch in Mbarara and is hiring across service, kitchen and branch operations. The branch is looking for passionate people with a Certificate in Hospitality and Catering who want to deliver great coffee and food service to guests.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests in the dining area
Prepare and present food to Java House standards in the kitchen
Support day to day branch operations including opening and closing routines
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Work with the branch team to hit service and quality targets
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the branch manager

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Certificate in Hospitality and Catering
Passion for great service and hospitality
Willingness to work at the upcoming Mbarara branch

Guest service and communication
Food preparation and kitchen hygiene
Teamwork and reliability
