Service/Workshop ManagerExpiring Soon!

• Manage daily operations across service bays, wheel alignment racks and tyre balancing units to ensure maximum efficiency and quick turnaround times
• Inspect completed mechanical services and verify precision alignment/balance readouts before vehicle handover
• Welcome clients, take service requests, explain alignment reports, provide accurate estimates and resolve customer inquiries
• Supervise, schedule and mentor mechanics, tyre specialists and service technicians to maintain high productivity and quality standards
• Oversee upkeep and calibration of workshop lifts, diagnostic equipment and alignment systems while enforcing strict workplace safety (PPE, safe lifting, hazard control)
• Track workshop consumables (oils, filters, balancing weights, valves) and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities such as suspension checks and brake servicing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in automotive workshop supervision or senior technical roles
• Hands-on experience with modern wheel alignment systems and tyre care is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with basic workshop management software, job cards and invoicing tools

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of vehicle suspension geometry, diagnostic procedures and routine servicing
• Excellent team management skills
• Clear communication in explaining technical details to non-technical customers
