Social Media Specialist

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across relevant platforms
• Build, grow and actively engage online communities
• Create compelling and engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, reels and stories
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts and online presence
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and emerging digital opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and online visibility
• Track, analyse and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional content

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Community Manager, Digital Marketer or similar role
• Vast experience in building, growing and managing online communities
• Experience with social media analytics, advertising and digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to demonstrate previous successful social media campaigns or community-building projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube
• Excellent content creation, communication and copywriting skills
• Creative and proactive, able to identify emerging social media trends
• Able to demonstrate measurable results in growing online communities, increasing engagement and generating leads
