Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, store and dispatch warehouse materials and maintain accurate stock records
- Verify goods and documentation during receipt and issue of materials
- Organise the proper placement of materials, ensuring clear identification and accurate inventory
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain store safety, hygiene and orderly record keeping
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in stores management, accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a store keeper or in inventory management
- Knowledge of stores documentation procedures
Skills & Competencies:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic record keeping and numerical skills
- Integrity and accountability
