Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise loading personnel to carry out sugar bagging, weighing and loading operations in accordance with operational procedures
- Oversee safe and efficient loading operations of sugar products and manage loading personnel
- Check product quality and labels to ensure the accuracy of variety and quantity
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport departments to arrange vehicle entry and exit, ensuring timely shipment
- Maintain loading area order and hygiene, and comply with factory safety regulations
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a warehouse, loading or manufacturing operations environment
- Knowledge of loading, weighing and dispatch procedures
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong supervision and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
