Supervisor Out Growers

• Liaise with and provide technical guidance to outgrower farmers, ensuring their cane planting and supply meet factory requirements
• Visit farmers regularly to understand planting situations and provide guidance on cultivation techniques
• Check the quality and maturity of farmers' cane and arrange harvest plans
• Coordinate the resolution of issues during the cane delivery process by farmers
• Publicise the company's policies and regulations to farmers, and maintain cooperative relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in agricultural extension or outgrower management
• Knowledge of sugarcane cultivation practices

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong community liaison and communication skills
• Planning and coordination abilities
• Motorcycle riding ability is an added advantage
