Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, including sugar and spare parts
- Oversee warehousing and outbound processes of materials, and verify documentation
- Organise the rational placement of materials, ensuring clear identification and accurate inventory
- Regularly conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Supervise warehouse personnel operations and maintain warehouse safety and hygiene
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in stores management, logistics or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory management experience
- Knowledge of stock documentation and inventory control procedures
Skills & Competencies:
- Accuracy in record keeping and stock reconciliation
- Good supervision and organisational skills
- Strong safety and hygiene discipline
