Supervisors Cane Yard

• Manage the entry, weighing and unloading of sugarcane transport vehicles, ensuring continuous and stable cane supply to the factory
• Command and dispatch cane transport vehicles to ensure orderly entry and exit from the yard
• Supervise the unloading of cane and guide vehicles to designated areas
• Coordinate with weighbridge staff to record cane weight and origin information
• Report and handle abnormal situations in the yard such as vehicle breakdowns and congestion
• Maintain yard hygiene and conduct safety inspections

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in yard, logistics or factory operations
• Understanding of weighbridge and transport documentation processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and dispatching skills
• Ability to respond quickly to operational disruptions
• Safety awareness and team supervision skills
