Liberty Life Assurance Uganda is recruiting a System Administrator to keep business systems, applications, servers and networks running reliably.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain business systems, applications, networks, servers and storage
• Manage user access and administration of business applications
• Resolve systems incidents and provide support for batch processes
• Track system performance and maintain clear records for follow-up and reporting
• Work with support teams and third-party providers to resolve faults
• Support system monitoring tools and availability reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Three years of experience in systems administration or IT support
• Knowledge of applications, networks, servers and storage

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience managing batch processes and system monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills
• Ability to work with support teams and third-party providers
