• Generate and issue accurate EFRIS electronic invoices promptly
• Review invoices, identify errors and implement timely corrections
• Communicate invoice corrections to the relevant customers
• Maintain records of invoice corrections for audit purposes
• Capture approved debit notes in EFRIS upon processing in SYSPRO
• Process EFRIS credit notes for SYSPRO-cancelled invoices in liaison with Stores and Credit Control
• Match EFRIS invoices to SYSPRO documents and submit them for daily filing
• Monitor raw material stock transactions relevant to EFRIS
• Reconcile EFRIS and SYSPRO stock records and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments
• Maintain stock reconciliation records and perform other EFRIS-related duties

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• At least two years' hands-on experience in a busy Finance, Accounts or Taxation environment
• Proven practical experience in EFRIS is mandatory
• Experience with SYSPRO or another ERP system is an added advantage
