Teaching Assistant, PrimaryNew!

• Assist the Classroom Teacher in creating lesson plans and delivering instruction
• Support the Classroom Teacher in managing the classroom, including monitoring student behavior and providing feedback to students
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional assistance with coursework or other tasks
• Assist in the supervision of students during classroom activities, transitions and other times as needed
• Provide feedback to the Classroom Teacher on student progress and behavior
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades and other information as directed by the Classroom Teacher
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Supervise or conduct clubs
• Supervision on school trips

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Education or a related field; a Bachelor's Degree in Education is a requirement for the Primary Department but an added advantage for Early Years
• Teaching experience is an added advantage
• Experience in an international school is an added advantage
