Telesales Officers (15 Positions)

• Engage potential customers via phone to promote loan products and generate sales
• Source referrals from existing customers to expand the client base
• Provide efficient after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Contribute to customer retention efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a Business-related field from a recognized institution
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service or a related role
