Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and monitor financed motorcycle assets using tracking systems.
- Initiate and manage recovery processes for defaulting clients.
- Engage clients professionally to resolve outstanding payments and prevent defaults.
- Maintain accurate records of tracking and recovery activities.
- Prepare reports on asset status and recovery performance.
- Collaborate with field teams and customer service to ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
