Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the dispatch, operation, and maintenance of agricultural tractors
- Assign tractor work tasks such as land preparation and transport
- Supervise operators to ensure safe and standardised operation
- Coordinate the scheduling of tractor maintenance and repairs
- Record fuel consumption and maintenance logs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in agriculture, mechanisation or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating or supervising agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of tractor maintenance and fleet record keeping
Skills & Competencies:
- Machinery supervision and scheduling skills
- Accurate record keeping
- Safety-conscious supervision
