Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training to strengthen automotive technicians' technical capability.
- Support the Chief Technical Engineer in coordinating day-to-day technical operations and field support.
- Provide operational supervision and quality assurance on installations, repairs and maintenance work.
- Contribute to projects, research and development of technical solutions.
- Manage tools, stock and administrative support for the technical team.
- Perform any other duties as per management request.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering with 3 years' experience in a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technically proficient, customer-centric and analytical.
- A strong problem solver, organized and self-motivated.
- A good communicator, able to ride a motorcycle with a valid permit.
- Knowledge about the telematics industry is an added advantage.
