Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transport operations and fleet management
- Manage and schedule drivers and transport staff
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and roadworthiness
- Monitor fuel consumption and transport costs
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients and logistics teams for delivery planning
- Track and report on transport KPIs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in transport operations
- Valid driving license and knowledge of transport regulations
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and fleet management skills
- Excellent planning and coordination abilities
