Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG (preferably beverages industry)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of market execution and merchandising practices
Ready to start immediately
Available to travel across the region (upcountry)
