UI/UX Designer

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create user personas, journey maps, user flows and information architecture
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces
• Develop responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Maintain and enhance the organization's design system and UI component library
• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital platforms
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Optimize applications for accessibility, responsiveness and usability
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews and product demonstrations within Agile teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch or similar design tools
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision or ProtoPie

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools and best practices
• Strong collaboration skills within Agile teams
