Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build, manage and motivate a high-performing sales unit of Financial Advisors
- Establish strategic sales plans to hit and exceed group revenue targets
- Provide hands-on field coaching, performance tracking and continuous training
- Maintain ethical standards, business quality and high retention rates
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 2-3 years in sales management or senior advising within insurance or banking
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with passion for building winning teams
- Ability to drive business growth
