VIP Style Consultant - Fragrances, Luggage & Leather Goods

• Deliver knowledgeable fragrance consultations (families of scent, longevity, occasion-matching) rather than generic pitching
• Maintain fragrance testers, hygiene and stock rotation; manage breakages/spoilage records
• Present and sell luggage and leather goods with attention to craftsmanship detail, care instructions and warranty terms
• Handle gift-purchase service (wrapping, gift receipts) for both categories
• Keep high-value stock secured and accurately counted given shrinkage risk in this category

Qualifications & Experience:

• Secondary/high school education
• Retail experience in fragrance, accessories or luxury goods preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Product expertise in fragrances, luggage, and leather goods
• Meticulous, well-presented, confident with high-spend customers
• Stock security and accurate counting
