Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and take accurate orders
- Deliver food and drinks swiftly, clear tables, reset dining areas and ensure overall dining room cleanliness
- Actively promote daily food specials, specialty coffees and desserts to maximise revenue
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and cashiers to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfilment
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant, café, hotel or a similar fast-paced hospitality environment
Skills & Competencies:
- Warm, engaging guest service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
