Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Know the menu inside-out to confidently recommend, pair and upsell
- Take accurate orders, communicate updates and deliver prompt, seamless dining experiences
- Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are happy from the time they are seated to when they pay
- Maintain perfectly set tables, polished cutlery and impeccable personal grooming and hygiene
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality
- Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Added advantage: 1 year of fast-paced serving experience
