Waitress

• Welcome customers warmly and politely
• Present menus and explain available food and beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests
• Prepare and arrange tables before and after service
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process bills and payments when required
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report serious issues to management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience as a waitress is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English and Kinyarwanda
