Waitresses

• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Set tables, present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, escalating where necessary.
• Process bills for meals served and hand over to the cashier accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of UCE (O’ Level) or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar establishment.
• Aged 20-28 years (as stated in the advert).
