Warehouse Assistant Manager

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities and operations
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Support the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise inventory records, perform stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure proper stock control
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures, safety protocols, GMP, and quality standards to promote a safe and compliant working environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
• English language proficiency
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or logistics sector is relevant to the position
• Fixed-term contract, based in Kigali

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse/ERP systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality requirements is an advantage
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities
