General Manager - Corporate Services

• Provide strategic leadership and direction of corporate administration and services at Kenya Railways
• Oversee corporate support functions including human resources, ICT and administration
• Lead the department's performance management and appraisal of direct reports
• Approve the department's budget and expenditure and annual procurement and assets disposal plans
• Account for resources within the department and drive departmental resource mobilization

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, ICT, Social Sciences or a related discipline
• Relevant professional qualification and membership of a relevant professional body
• Certificate in Strategic Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks
• Valid practicing certificate where applicable
• Working experience of not less than fifteen (15) years, five (5) of which must have been in a senior management position in a State Corporation or comparable organization
