Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementations for new PEO clients
- Gather client requirements and configure solutions accordingly
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation
- Deliver training sessions to support successful system adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues
- Prepare onboarding and client welcome calls
- Review and validate employee import files for accuracy
- Perform basic PrismHR setup, including departments, worksites and divisions
- Update and maintain client records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover to ongoing service
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with US payroll, PEO, client onboarding or implementation projects
- Experience with PrismHR or comparable HR/payroll systems is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Client-facing professionalism and responsiveness
- Attention to detail in system configuration and data validation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
